Debbie J. Gibson

Debbie Gibson is a Legal Assistant with over 15 years experience in various fields of law. Since 1989 Debbie has assisted with creditor and bankruptcy trustee work. Debbie has worked for The Law Office of Tracy A. Brown since June 2004. Debbie works three days a week and handles the cases in which Tracy A. Brown has been appointed as the Chapter 7 Trustee.

Kristin Short is a Legal Assistant who has been the Firm since May 2001. Kristin's duties include meeting with Clients at their initial consultation, preparing and filing Bankruptcy Petitions and helping many clients to understand the Bankruptcy process. Kristin is skilled in all areas of Bankruptcy; however her primary focus is on Chapter 7 cases. Kristin graduated from the University of Missouri - St. Louis with a Bachelor's of Science in Criminal Justice. Kristin is currently pursuing her Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Fontbonne University. Kristin is a dedicated member of our staff and would be happy to assist you with your Bankruptcy needs.

Luciana Bogan

Luciana Bogan is a Legal Assistant who also does double duty as the Receptionist. She has been with The Law Office of Tracy A. Brown since early 2005.  Luciana has assisted in Trustee cases, as well as Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 cases.  Luciana’s primary focus is handling calls from potential clients and current clients. She answers preliminary questions and alerts the appropriate person of the issues. She also reviews Bankruptcy Schedules for accuracy and documents submitted by clients before they are passed on for preparation of Bankruptcy Schedules.

Lawrence A. Bonds

Lawrence A. Bonds is a legal assistant who has been with The Law Office of Tracy A. Brown since June 2007. Lawrence's duties include preparing clients for their initial consultation with an attorney and reviewing the status of each case after filing. He also assists the Firm with various administrative tasks to help the Firm run efficiently. Lawrence graduated from Bradley University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Lawrence's background includes consumer debt counseling where he offered financial education to consumers who had run into debt / credit problems including exploring options such as bankruptcy. Lawrence would be glad to assist you with your bankruptcy needs.
